Path 4 Purpose CIC is a community interest organisation supporting young people aged 10–25 across South London as they navigate important transitions in life. From moving between schools and colleges to facing personal challenges or searching for direction, young people often encounter influences and decisions that shape their future.
We provide mentoring, workshops, and structured youth programmes designed to build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. Our approach combines lived experience, positive role models, and practical learning to help young people better understand their choices and develop a stronger sense of purpose.
Founded on real-life experiences and community need, Path 4 Purpose exists to ensure that every young person has access to guidance, support, and opportunities that empower them to make positive decisions and reach their full potential.
What we deliver
Mentoring
Through open conversations and shared experiences, we help young people reflect on their choices, build confidence, and develop the mindset needed to navigate challenges and make positive decisions.
Experimential Workshops
Using real-life scenarios, discussion, and experiential learning activities — including strategy-based games and practical exercises — young people explore how choices, consequences, and opportunities shape their life journey.
Transition support
Targeted support for young people moving through key life stages — such as changing schools, entering college, or preparing for adulthood. We equip young people with the confidence, awareness, and practical skills needed to manage change and step into new environments successfully.
Community engagement
Activities and partnerships that connect young people with their communities, helping them build meaningful relationships, develop a sense of belonging, and understand the positive role they can play in the world around them.
Our Unique Approach
What makes our programmes different is the way we combine mentoring with experiential learning.
Through The 6 Paths Play–Reflect–Apply Method™, we use interactive activities, real-life simulations, and strategy-based games to help young people understand how choices and consequences shape the path they walk in life.
Instead of simply telling young people what to do, we create opportunities for them to experience decisions in action. Activities inspired by games such as Monopoly and The Game of Life are used to explore themes like opportunity, risk, responsibility, and long-term thinking.
Young people first play through scenarios, then reflect on the outcomes, and finally apply the lessons to real-life situations they may face in school, friendships, and future life choices.
This approach makes learning engaging, memorable, and practical, helping young people develop the confidence, awareness, and decision-making skills needed to navigate challenges and build a positive future.
